Steven W. Pumper - Chief Executive Officer
For more than two decades, Steven has played a vital role in the success of D-A-S Construction Co., growing the firm from a staff of four to over 100 full time employees. Under his leadership, D-A-S Construction Co. was named a Weatherhead 100 Fastest Growing Family Businesses Award Recipient and a Weatherhead Top 25 Fastest Growing Family Businesses Award Recipient.
As Chief Executive Officer, Steven is responsible for strategic vision, growth and developing corporate culture at D-A-S. Steven has experience within the commercial construction industry including on-site supervision, estimating, project management and office administration.

Jeffrey J. Troxell - President
Jeff brings over 30 years of construction experience to D-A-S. In his role as President, Jeff oversees Sales & Marketing, Estimating, Operations and the company’s Safety and Workers Compensation programs. Jeff plays an integral role in the development of company strategies and long-term growth plans for D-A-S. He is a past recipient of BOMA’s Associate Member of the Year Award, and serves as Co-Chair of the D-A-S Green Building Committee.

John D. Pumper - Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer
John oversees all Finance, Accounting, IT and HR functions for the company. John possesses over two decade’s related experience, including 10 years in various key management positions for a one-billion dollar process automation company. This large corporate experience has been invaluable in helping John manage the growth of D-A-S. A Bachelor's degree from CSU in Computer Science and Business Administration with post-graduate MBA course work in finance, accounting, and labor relations balances John's resume and contributes to the business success of D-A-S.

Daniel A. Pumper - Vice President
Daniel leads the initiatives of D-A-S’ in-house Customized Cabinetry and Millwork Production Center. Daniel began his career in the construction industry in 1984; focusing on architectural drafting, cost estimating, and project management related to office renovations, medical facilities, building additions and new buildings.

Lori Alba - Director of Marketing
Lori joined D-A-S in 2000 as Marketing Manager and is credited with establishing the company's Marketing Department. She leads the development, implementation and monitoring of corporate marketing planning and communication strategies for D-A-S Construction Co. Lori is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans and programs to support the company's brand and goals. Lori studied Business and Marketing at Cuyahoga Community College and was recognized as one of Crain's Cleveland Businesses "Twenty in Their Twenties" in April 2007. She is President of the Garfield Heights Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Matt A. Ambrose, MBA - Sr. Business Development Director
Matt joined D-A-S Construction Co. in 1996 and has held several key positions with the firm that have allowed him a vast understanding of the construction industry including Project Manager, Account Executive and Senior Business Development Director. As a member of the company’s Management Team, Matt works closely with the organizations leaders to assist in the evaluation and development of corporate strategies and initiatives. Matt serves as D-A-S' public relations crisis advocate and handles communications with media and various government agencies in times of crises. He is a member of the company’s Green Building Committee and Co-Chair of the Sales & Marketing Subcommittee. Matt has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Kent State University, Masters Degree in Strategic Business Management from Baldwin Wallace College and has been an active member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial & Office Properties), serving as the Chair for the organizations Charitable Golf Outing that benefits The American Cancer Society and Cleveland State University.

Steven Brandle - Group Manager, Select Projects Group
Steven joined D-A-S Construction Co. in 1988 and held the roles of Project Manager and Project Account Manager before being promoted to Group Manager of the company’s Select Projects Group. Steven’s management skills and responsibilities include strategic planning and implementation of the goals and objectives within the Select Projects Division of the company and its Project Managers, as well as the development of estimates and procedures within the department. As an advocate of Green Building, Steve is a Green Building Committee member and Co-Chair of the company’s Sales & Marketing Subcommittee. He is currently studying for LEED AP in Commercial Interiors. Steven received his Bachelors Degree in Business and Operations Management from Bowling Green State University. He is an asset to clients contemplating interior renovations or building additions and has an in-depth knowledge of the entire construction process.

Jeff joined D-A-S in 1998. He is responsible for the Financial Information System, job status reporting and preparing annual fiscal budgets. Jeff has over 15 years experience in the construction industry and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron with additional course work in Mechanical Engineering.
