We are currently seeking an Estimator with Project Management experience. Responsibilities of the position will initially be focused on estimating new construction, larger renovation and rehab projects. Estimating responsibilities include analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects. Working knowledge of Timberline Estimating software is strongly preferred.

Future position growth would entail Project Management duties focused on schedule preparation, subcontractor selection, budget maintenance, change order processing, invoicing and overseeing assigned Superintendent(s).

Qualified candidates will possess 7-10 years related commercial construction experience, with extensive experience in estimating commercial interior renovations and new construction. Multi-floor and site experience mandatory. Must have excellent interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills.
