Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee the development of new construction projects. Responsibilities include schedule preparation, subcontractor selection, budget maintenance, change order processing, invoicing and overseeing assigned Superintendent(s).

Qualified candidates will possess 7-10 years related commercial construction experience, with extensive experience in commercial interior renovations and new construction. Multi-floor and site experience mandatory. Must have excellent interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills.
