Project Description
Major exterior renovations were made to this seven building complex including:

•	New parking lot with new islands and lighting
•	New entrance and exit to the property
•	Installation of two new gabel roofs on the two larger buildings
•	Construction of three new entrances within one building and a second floor review window
•	New sewers and catch basins within the parking lot
•	Installation of new 6" gas lines to all seven buildings
•	Installation of a new lawn sprinkler system
•	Creation of two new courtyards and associated walkways
