Project Description
$9.5 million renovation of an 11-story apartment building on Prospect Avenue in Downtown Cleveland. Originally built in 1910 as the Hotel Winton by architect N. Max Dunning. D-A-S phased construction renovating two floors at a time to minimize disruption to existing tenants. A total of 270 apartments were renovated and 13 ADA units were created. A new entry storefront and an interior restoration was completed along with modernization of two passenger elevators and one freight elevator.
