Project Description
Demolition of an existing bank branch followed by the ground up construction of a 6,400 square foot bank in Willoughby, along with an additional 2,300 square feet of future tenant space. Construction began during the winter while the existing remote three-lane drive through building remained open only 15' from the front doors. In order to meet the needs of Bank One, the construction schedule was divided into three phases to allow the drive through teller business to remain open and available to their customers while work was taking place all around them.

A new Teller Line and Customer Service Center were crafted of wood veneer and plastic laminate and installed by D-A-S Construction Co.'s Custom Cabinetry & Millwork Production Center.
