Project Description
D-A-S was retained as the Design Builder for this project which involved a 16,000 square foot renovation within an existing 30,000 square foot laboratory/office building. Project included the installation of laboratory equipment with related utilities compatible for highly corrosive elements. Renovation work included very extensive additions to the HVAC and electrical systems. NSL Analytical Services is a quality control laboratory specializing in the analysis of ceramics, metals, polymers, plastics and composite materials. This project was completed ahead of schedule in just 16 weeks! And within budget.
