Project Description
One million dollar renovation of an historic church in Lakewood, converting it into a 15,000 square foot modern office. The entrance was opened up to create a grand foyer effect and the floor was raked and leveled inside to meet office need. MEP and ADA upgrades were required. Project included addition of a kitchen, employee lunch room, numerous offices and, conference rooms.
