Project Description
Ground up construction of two flex space buildings, one totaling 43,500 square feet and the other 30,000 square feet. Construction consisted of a conventional building type comprised of masonry wall bearing, joist and metal deck. Extensive site work was completed prior to construction to facilitate the new building and parking areas. Following construction of the building shells, D-A-S was hired to complete the interior build outs for tenants Ohio Savings, Progressive Insurance, Lutheran Hospital and Mitsubishi.
