Project Description
D-A-S worked closely with Design Collective and Ohio Desk Co. to implement the remodel of this 20 year old building, originally designed by architect Richard Fleischman, AIA. The building features classic open beam and exposed glass systems throughout. D-A-S converted the warehouse mezzanine into a conference room, and updated all interior finishes. Ohio Desk Co. facilitated floor coverings and finish specifications. Design Collective assisted with the development of drawings and engineering details. New mechanical systems were installed, including a new rooftop unit to handle the additional office space created by the mezzanine redesign. Modular carpet was installed throught the facility with brightly colored feature walls highlighting visual aspects of the new design.
