Project Description
D-A-S took this project over after another contractor defaulted. It includes the completion of two 15,000 square-foot flex space buildings. All site work, water retention, interior finishes, sanitary, parking lots, drive up and drive in bays. Following shell construction, D-A-S was retained for the interior build outs for four tenants; Advantage Marketing, OCE Printing, RL Deppman, and Accu Bite Dental.
