Project Description
D-A-S Construction Co. served as the Design Builder for the 24,600 square foot renovation of Medical Mutual's corporate office in Downtown Cleveland. The project began with the demolition of the first floor of the historic Rose Building to make room for the construction of a new employee cafeteria. Upon completion of the new cafeteria, the existing employee cafeteria located on the second floor of the adjoining annex building was demolished to create an employee wellness center. Further work included updates to common areas as well as the modernization of several elevators within the building.
