Project Description
A 15,600 square foot expansion of an existing one-story medical facility for alzheimer patients. D-A-S Construction Co. was hired as the general contractor to complete the project and worked in conjunction with architectural firm Berardi & Partners early in the design to provide a significant amount of value engineering. This project is being financed through HUD (US Department of Housing and Urban Development).
