Project Description
Interior demolition and abatement of the existing Ohio Knitting Mills Building along with the demolition of the Wood & Spencer Building. The Ohio Knitting Mills Building is comprised of four floors totaling 144,000 square feet. The lower level (first floor) will be converted into parking, and the top three floors to office/tenant space which MidTown Technology Partners, LLC hopes will attract growing technology companies. D-A-S Construction Co. will be working within historic guidelines during the renovation of the building exterior and the interior lobby and expects shell completion to occur by December at a cost of approximately $6.6 M.
