Project Description
Historic Rehabilitation of an existing 16 floor building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Approximately 199 apartment units will be renovated (10 of them ADA accessible). Each floor and elevator will be renovated and the exterior of the building will be restored to its original 1926 design. The lobby will be rehabilitated to resemble its 1952 design. Tenants will continue to occupy the structure during this estimated 2 year project which is being financed in part by HUD (US Department of Housing and Urban Development).
